charge based on time intervals. Unused time within an incomplete
time interval will not be refunded.

expressCONSULT™
by PsyAsia International
Introduction
In response to continuous requests of quick advice from our clients, PsyAsia
International proudly presents the expressCONSULT™
service. Very often our clients need professional advice from our psychologists
which is brief enough to be delivered in one email or a telephone call.
As experts in the area, we are always very keen to help but often we find
ourselves very busy and responding to 20 or more requests for quick support
each day means cutting into work for our full-paying clients or leaving
work very late!! To overcome this dilemma, PsyAsia has invented the expressCONSULT™
solution of “Purchasing time from our Psychologists”. With
this service, you can purchase our psychologists’ time for their
professional advice without the need for a formal consultancy service!
It is quick and easy and your problem can be solved in as fast as 15 minutes!
What do we offer?
With expressCONSULT™,
we offer a wide range of advisory and consultancy services that are not
longer than 2 working hours (for projects that are estimated to take longer
than 2 hours to complete, you would need to opt for our regular
consulting services).
Examples of expressCONSULT™ services include, but are not limited to: checking interview questions, assessment centre exercises and training materials; advice on selection procedures, training design and performance appraisal; and any other advisory services that call on our expertise.
Service Delivery
These services will be delivered by two means:
I. Email Service
As its name suggests, for email service our psychologists will respond
to your request through email. There will be three levels of emails depending
on the work load of the request and they are creatively referred as Level
1, Level 2 and Level 3 emails. Level 1 emails are expected to take our
psychologists up to 20 minutes to reply to. For Level 2 emails the estimated
working time will be 21-40 minutes and for Level 3 it will be taking 41-60
minutes. The estimated working time will be based upon our professional
judgment. Once the client’s request is received and processed, we
will send a confirmation email to the client with the proposed email level
as well as an Express Consult ID and email address. The client can then
send the relevant questions and materials to the assigned email address
with the ID on the email title. If the work is sent to our psychologist
before 10am of a working day we will return the email within the same
day (by 6pm). For work received after 10am the client will receive our
reply before 6pm the next working day.
II. Call-in Service
If you would like to talk to our psychologist for consultation, the call-in
service will suit your need. With the call-in service our psychologist
will set aside a designated period of time to respond to your request
by telephone. The time periods are in 15 minute intervals and you can
purchase a maximum of 2 hours of calling time. Similar to the email service,
once the client’s request is received and processed, we will send
a confirmation email to the client with 3 proposed calling times as well
as an expressCONSULT™
ID. The client can choose one calling time among the three. Our psychologist
will then confirm the time with the client and send them a number to call.
As our psychologist will reserve the appointed time for the client, they
should call on time or penalties may apply.
Conditions
1. Estimated working time for the expressCONSULT™
projects should not be longer than 2 hours. For larger projects such as
validation of tests or designing work, the client should opt for our regular
consulting services.
2. For the expressCONSULT™
service there will not be any face to face consultation session. Any face
to face consultation comes under our regular consulting services.
3. There will be no limitation in geographic location for this service.
However clients should be careful about the time difference if there is
any. We are in time zone GMT+8 and our working hours are from 0900 to
1800.
Fee
A credit system is employed in the expressCONSULT™
service. Clients need to pre-purchase credits within the system and the
corresponding amount of credits will be deducted from their account once
the service is confirmed. These credits can be applied to both email and
call-in services. The credit cost and needs for the services are as follows.
These are special introductory rates and may be revised upward
at any time.
